When you submit an inquiry or book a stay, we collect the information you provide directly, name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size, and any preferences you share. We also collect transactional information necessary to confirm and operate your stay.
When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics, page views, referring source, approximate location, device type, through Google Analytics or equivalent. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, confirm and operate your stay, and contact you about services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share information with vendors strictly to fulfil your stay, for example, a chef confirming dietary preferences, or a driver receiving a pickup address. We share only what is necessary.
We retain guest information for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain hospitality continuity for repeat stays. We retain financial records as required by Colombian tax authorities.
You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to host@privato.co from the email associated with your records, and we will respond within thirty days.
