Content on this site, including photography, text, layout, and the Privato wordmark and logos, is the property of Grupo Privato S.A.S. and may not be reproduced, mirrored, or redistributed without written permission.
Inquiries submitted through this site are received by a Privato host, not an automated booking engine. Rates, availability, and conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of booking; nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Bookings are subject to a signed agreement between the guest and Grupo Privato S.A.S. that includes deposit, cancellation, damage, and house-rule terms specific to the property.
Guests are expected to treat the property, its staff, and its neighbours with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for behavior that endangers staff, damages the property, or breaches local law.
Privato does not photograph guests. We do not publish guest names, testimonials, or identifying images. Guests are welcome to photograph their own stays and share at their discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cartagena de Indias.
